Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware or verify the software deactivation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
